Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park’s volunteer program is one of the most successful programs in the State Park system.

The volunteer program provides the community with an opportunity to give something to the Park, while providing a much needed workforce to enhance overall Park operations.

Some department examples for our Park: Administration, Transportation, Maintenance, Manatee Watch, Educational Programs, Information Stations and Special Events.

Becoming a volunteer is simple:

  3. The Florida Park Service Volunteer Program needs you and We invite you to become part of our Park Family.
