Officers
Sue Phillips, President
Elected director in 2023 and then president in Jan 2024 after 4 years of volunteering in maintenance and wildlife. Began volunteering in 2019 and continue to do so in maintenance and wildlife. Retired after 20 years within Florida Blue IT department as a Business Architect. Enjoys fishing in the Nature Coasts waters.
Dave Brown, Vice-President
Elected Director in 2023 and appointed Vice-President in 2024. Began volunteering in 2016 and continue to do so. Volunteer in administration, wildlife enrichment, information station, and tours for groups. Previously an attorney for major Midwest financial institution for 40 years. Enjoys lots of outdoor activities including fly fishing, bird dog training and quail hunting.
Lisa Edge, Treasurer
Serving as Treasurer since February 2023 and also volunteer once a week with the Maintenance team. 30+ years of experience in accounting and finance, the last 20 of which are with global aircraft company. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, boating, and staying active.
Vickie Isaacs, Secretary
A native of rural Eastern Indiana, Vickie has been a Florida resident for 20 years. She is a mother of three, a grandmother of one, and a graduate of Indiana University (B.S. Education) and Indiana Wesleyan University (M.Ed.). Her career has focused on education, including roles as a teacher and Volunteer and Membership Coordinator at Hayes Regional Arboretum. Since 2021, she has volunteered at Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, assisting with wildlife, visitor services, and administration.
